Minimum passenger numbers apply to some flights.
AEROLOGISTICS Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary flights
WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
Weight is a critical element of the operation of helicopters.
AEROLOGISTICS Pty Ltd must weigh all items of luggage and passengers prior to commencement of flight.
AEROLOGISTICS Pty Ltd reserves the right to organise flights so that they do not exceed the maximum take off weight of the helicopter.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 48 hours before the flight, all monies paid will be returned less any credit card charges that Aero Logistics Pty Ltd has incurred.
If flights are cancelled within 48 hrs of the departure time, 10% of the booking will be charged. With 10 and 15 minute scenic flights all monies will be forfeited. (Aero Logistics will take into consideration cancellations due to hardship)
If AEROLOGISTICS Pty Ltd cancels due to weather or some other operational contingency, a full refund will be made if flights cannot be rescheduled.
Passengers that have booked seats and fail to cancel their flight in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined will forfeit their seats and no refund given to monies or gift vouchers.
NOTE: There are no refunds for gift certificates purchased where the scenic tour is either a 10/15/30 Or 45 minute flight
